Shawn Rowe, Principal
Shawn Rowe, founder of OI and lead tester, has more than 25+ years of construction related experience. In addition to thousands of home and moisture related inspections, Shawn serves on multiple ASTM International Committees writing new standards. Years of fenestration testing using ASTM/AAMA field testing standards and calibrated equipment on more than 100 specific products.
As a certified thermographer, Shawn has logged more than 500 moisture and construction defect infrared evaluations. Shawn is an AAMA Certified Window/Door Installer, Certified Residential Building Inspector, Certified Thermographer as well as many other accreditations. He maintains more than 24 hours of field or industry related continuing educations per year.
